James Powell is the Pastor of Church on the Hill in Joshua Tree, California. He has been involved with various church ministries for over 50 years. He attended Biola University, Phoenix University, and Talbot Seminary. He’s a faculty member for advanced seminary instruction with Gateway Seminary and is a tenured professor at Copper Mountain College. He and his wife Christy are excited about serving the church and our community.
